THE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM

The children's museum is an organization geared to the education of children's and youth.
Was created in 1986 with the support of a distinguished group of Colombian businessmen and leaders of state agencies.
The foundation has benefited from the selfless contributions of many private companys, foundations and government agencies. The museum opened its doors to the public in 1987.
The museum's facilities have a set of buildings with more than 8000 square meters of construction in the street race 63 and 48, in the geographical center of Bogota.
They also have a mural of more than 70 contemporary artists Colombians.
Annually visit the museum about 15000 people, and 60% are children under 13 years.
The children's museum has a school in providing adittional education, and has exhibitions on science, technology and art can enhance knowledge in variuos areas in a fun, specializes in areas such as Biology, phisics,energy, technology and fine arts.
